Purpose of Role

As the EMEA Manager of FP&A – DTC at Under Armour, you'll be a key player supporting our EMEA DTC business, which includes retail and digital channels. You'll be in charge of the full P&L, collaborating closely with retail and digital leaders to drive strategic and financial decisions.

Your responsibilities will range from strategic planning to performance tracking, all aimed at hitting our financial targets and aligning with our broader EMEA strategy. Plus, you'll lead and nurture a direct report, providing mentorship and growth opportunities within the EMEA team.

Your Impact

Financial Planning

  • Lead DTC Financial Planning cycles to ensure accurate revenue, margin, and SGA forecasting
  • Collaborate on long-range strategic plans, ensuring alignment with regional and channel strategies
  • Manage quarterly forecasts and in-month updates, highlighting risks and opportunities

Business Analytics

  • Provide financial leadership and strategic support for EMEA retail and eCommerce teams
  • Analyze financial results and KPIs to drive performance and accountability
  • Deliver performance reports and actionable insights to drive business growth
  • Support business development initiatives through strategic analysis and investment optimization

Investment Analytics

  • Evaluate ROI and capital asset requests, ensuring optimal investment opportunities
  • Analyze sales performance and post-investment metrics to support decision-making
  • Contribute to new business development and financial support initiatives
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of Finance, FP&A, or Accounting experience
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and influence
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Expertise in financial modeling and analysis

  • Location: Must be based within commuting distance of our Amsterdam office
