Jouw baan als development consultant

Van het bouwen van een nieuwe website voor Kika, tot het creëren van een configurator voor Intergamma: ons development team probeert voor iedere klant het beste resultaat te behalen. Als development consultant sluit je aan bij deze klantteams, waar je samen met je collega's aan uiteenlopende projecten. Als consultant schakel jij ook met andere disciplines, zoals branding, online marketing en leadgeneratie, en werk je samen aan totaalprojecten. Jij helpt klanten met het vinden van de oplossingen die zij zoeken. Aan de ene kant spreek je 'jip-en-janneketaal' met de klant, aan de andere kant praat je vloeiend 'development' met je team. Heb je nog niet alle kennis in huis voor technische vragen? Geen probleem, dat verwachten we ook niet. Daarvoor schakel jij op tijd je collega's in

Ben jij graag in contact met klanten over nieuwe technische ontwikkelingen en ideeën? Dan is de vacature van Consultant Development iets voor jou. In deze functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt én vraagbaak op het gebied van development projecten. Je bent niet alleen de schakel tussen de klant en het team, je denkt mee in mogelijke oplossingen en helpt je team het beste resultaat te behalen. Dit doe je door de behoefte van de klant boven tafel te krijgen. Daarnaast weet jij duidelijk de verwachtingen te managen en een ideale samenwerking te definiëren die past bij het project.

Jij bent tevreden als jij én de developers uit het team trots zijn op de nieuwe functionaliteiten die jullie hebben gebouwd. Een betere prestatie van de webshop resulteert in een blije klant, die daardoor samen met je team nóg meer leuke maatwerk functionaliteiten wil bouwen.

Wie zijn wij?

Het Development & Technology team is een onderdeel van hub Eindhoven van Happy Horizon. Wij zijn gevestigd in hartje Eindhoven en beschikken over de 4e en 5e etage van het oude V&D gebouw, inclusief het mooie dakterras. Iedere vrijdag is er een borrel om de week gezellig af te sluiten met je collega's.

Bij livegang van een nieuwe website, webwinkel of configurator wordt er op de gong geslagen om dit succes samen te vieren. Heb je een probleem waar je aan moet werken? Dan komt onze mascotte, de Escalatie Vogel, bij jou op je bureau. Ruik je worstenbroodjes in de gang? Dan is iemand vergeten zijn laptop te locken Er is genoeg ruimte voor hard werken én plezier.

In Hub Eindhoven werken verschillende afdelingen, zoals online marketing, branding en leadgeneratie. Tijdens jouw werkzaamheden werk je samen met deze collega's om de beste resultaten voor je klanten te bereiken. Je bent ook scherp op het spotten van kansen voor een bredere dienstverlening.
Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Heb je enige relevante ervaring met 'digitale projecten' (websites, webshops)? Dan is dat een pré;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt een klantvriendelijke en proactieve instelling;
  • Een pragmatische en resultaatgerichte werkhouding, met een hoge kwaliteitsnorm;
  • Je hebt een leergierige drive en bent bereid te investeren in jezelf;
  • Je bent uur per week beschikbaar.
