- Document drafting and filing
- Valuation instructions
- Data collection
- Collection and management of documents related to ESG matters
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of press releases
- Office management
- Manage travel arrangements for the team
- Cost and expense management
- Basic knowledge of property appraisal and practical experience in real estate financing administration (or the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with this area with our support)
- Good knowledge of databases (CRM, etc.)
- Confident handling of standard software (MS Office, especially Excel)
- Native Dutch speaker with the ability to communicate effectively in English and German
- Effective communication and a strong team collaboration behavior
- Positive service and quality-oriented behavior
- Motivation for high performance and a structured way of working
