Petrobras Global Trading B.V. is part of Petrobras Group, one of the largest producers of oil and gas in the world, primarily engaged in exploration and production, refining, energy generation and trading, with over 49,000 employees.

Petrobras Global Trading B.V. act as Petrobras' main entity in its external trading activities, exporting and importing crude oil & products, also offering to its customers worldwide, trading support services. PGT is responsible for more than 60% of Petrobras’ trading operations in the external market (100% of crude oil exports).

Role:

The employee will perform a wide range of tasks in the Corporate Services area by managing business travel, ensuring smooth daily office operations, coordinating with external suppliers, assisting in projects, maintaining policies, preparing reports and documents but will also participating in procurement activities.

This role will primarily focus on corporate services, ensuring operational efficiency but will also serve as a backup for the procurement department.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained office environment, including coordination of the reception.
  • Responsible for managing business travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and liaising with departments to ensure smooth processes.
  • Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Acts as the first point of contact for corporate-related requests (e.g. business cards, entrance card, brochures, etc.) and liaises with building management.
  • Manage and control the department budget, including tracking expenses and preparing reports.
  • Identify inefficiencies in office operations and implementing improvements to enhance productivity, and support in the development of administrative policies and guidelines;
  • Coordinating the procurement process by assisting with supplier selection, negotiation and contract management in alignment with the Company’s internal policies.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in corporate services, office management or procurement;
  • Bachelor degree in preferable in office management or procurement.
  • Proven experience in business travel and office management;
  • Proven experience in procurement processes;
  • Understanding budget processes; Fluent English, spoken and written;
  • Fluent in Dutch, written and spoken;
  • Fluent in English written and spoken;
