Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou Als Management Support Specialist bij Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services combineer je jouw administratieve vaardigheden met jouw affiniteit voor marketing en sales. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van het management, het beheren van CRM-systemen en het bijdragen aan marketingactiviteiten.


Wat ga je doen?

In deze veelzijdige functie ben je de spin in het web en ondersteun je op verschillende gebieden:

Secretariële taken:

  • Beheren van agenda’s en plannen van afspraken.
  • Voorbereiden en notuleren van vergaderingen.
  • Afhandelen van e-mails en correspondentie.

Marketingondersteuning:

  • Meedenken over marketingacties en campagnes.
  • Coördineren van promotionele materialen en content.
  • Ondersteunen bij het organiseren van evenementen.

CRM-beheer (Salesforce):

  • Onderhouden en up-to-date houden van klantgegevens.
  • Rapportages en analyses opstellen in Salesforce.
  • Optimaliseren van processen binnen het CRM-systeem.

Salessupport:

  • Verwerken en beheren van salesdata.
  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en versturen van offertes.
  • Communiceren met klanten over aanvragen en offertes.


Wat breng je verder mee?

  • Een afgeronde opleiding op MBO/HBO-niveau in Marketing/Sales/Economie.
  • Affiniteit met marketing en salesprocessen.
  • Ervaring met CRM-systemen, bij voorkeur Salesforce.
  • Uitstekende mondeling en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands en Engels.
  • Een nauwkeurige, proactieve en klantgerichte instelling.
  • Woonachtig in de buurt van Arkel.
