EU Product Senior Management Expert

Netherlands (The Hague) or Home Office (+ regular trips)


The EU Product Senior Management Expert in ICT Site Power will lead this company's strategic direction and product portfolio management in the 48V DC power system & lithium battery sector. The role encompasses market analysis, product roadmap planning, joint innovation projects, and industry representation, ensuring company alignment with market demands and standards. Frequent business trips and collaboration with R&D are integral to the position.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Insight & Strategy: Analyze industry trends, identify opportunities, evaluate business models, and provide strategic recommendations to headquarters. Monitor standards, policies, and market shifts across Europe.
  2. Product & Roadmap Planning: Develop products focused on 48V DC power and lithium batteries, execute roadmaps, and manage innovation projects with partners.
  3. Industry Representation: Represent this organization in standardization groups and regulatory discussions to influence industry standards.
  4. Ecosystem Development: Build partnerships with stakeholders like local manufacturers and industry associations.
  5. Customer Interaction & Marketing Support: Support marketing initiatives, technical presentations, and provide sales team support.
  6. R&D Collaboration: Define product requirements, manage R&D work packages, and oversee the integration of innovative technologies into product development.


Experience & Skills Required:

  • Market Insight: Expertise in market analysis, strategic feedback, and account management.
  • Customer Interaction: Experience in technical support and marketing.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of 48V DC power systems, ICT equipment, and R&D/product development in the ICT site power sector.
  • Industry Trends: Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, regulations, and European industry standards.
