Transformer Product Portfolio Manager – EU


We are looking for a skilled professional to manage the Transformer product portfolio across the EU. This role will involve driving new business models, identifying emerging technologies, and assessing market trends, to become an industry leader.


This position can be based in the Netherlands, Germany, Italy or Spain - with a preference for Germany or Netherlands.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead new business model development, technology trends, and market opportunities.
  • Manage the product roadmap and collaborate on joint innovation projects.
  • Represent the company in standardisation groups and help build the regional ecosystem.
  • Provide strategic insights to headquarters and guide new business directions.


Required Experience & Skills:


  • Strong market insight and ability to analyse industry trends, key account strategies, and opportunities.
  • Experience in product management and R&D for Transformer solutions, especially in photovoltaic and energy storage.
  • Knowledge of transformer industry trends, policies, and key players in various countries.
  • Strong marketing skills, including customer interaction and technical sales support.
  • Familiar with market insight methodologies and capable of providing strategic recommendations.
