IAM Technical Consultant – One Identity Manager Specialist

A client that is an expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is looking for an IAM Technical Consultant with strong experience in One Identity Manager. This role focuses on delivering IAM solutions that enhance security, compliance, and business efficiency. Experience with other IAM tools like Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or Workato is a bonus.

About the Role

You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimising One Identity Manager solutions. Working closely with executives and stakeholders, you will ensure IAM strategies align with business needs while supporting governance, compliance, and risk management. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead One Identity Manager deployments, ensuring seamless integration with business processes
  • Collaborate with C-level executives and stakeholders to drive IAM strategies
  • Translate business needs into clear, scalable IAM solutions
  • Mentor junior consultants and support their professional development
  • Develop long-term IAM roadmaps to meet evolving security and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with One Identity Manager
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, especially at C-level
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • Experience with Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or Workato is a plus

Location

Hybrid working, with one day per week in the Utrecht office.
