You'll work closely with the Finance team on day-to-day processes and month-end activities, contributing directly to TOMS' financial operations and continuous improvement initiatives.What You'll DoAccounts Receivable (AR):Prepare and distribute the weekly Aging ReportPerform semi-daily AR clearing (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays)Support collections and reconciliation activitiesReporting:Assist with EMEA P&L and month-end reporting packsRefresh Trial Balance and other reports during month-end closeHelp with E-commerce reporting and analyticsContinuous Improvement & Projects:Create and maintain workflow documentation for finance processesSupport with audit preparation and data requestsAssist with finance-related projects to enhance reporting and process efficiencyWhat We're Looking For A proactive, organized, and enthusiastic team player Strong communicator with attention to detail Curious, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentRequirements This internship is only open to students residing in the Netherlands, preferably around Amsterdam (no relocation) Currently enrolled in a Dutch college/university for the entire internship period You are fluent English (both verbal and spoken) Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)What We Give A 5- or 6-month internship (32 to 40 hours per week) Start February 2026 2 vacation days per month based on 40 hours Hybrid working, 2 days at the EMEA office (Wednesday and Thursday) Internship allowance confirm market conditions Ambitious and international working environment at our EMEA office in AmsterdamEEOTOMS is an Equal Employment Opportunity, committed to intentional anti-racism in all areas and will consider all qualified applicants.
