Wat ga je doen?Binnen het veranderprogramma Student Journey is themalijn Student Experience op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die meewerkt aan de journey fases ‘Student zijn’.Binnen de themalijn Student Experience (SE) werken we elke dag aan het verbeteren van de studentbeleving tijdens de journey bij de HU. In ons werk is studentperspectief leidend: wat wil de student en wat verwachten ze van ons. Dat begint altijd met inzicht. Welke touchpoints hebben de meeste impact op de studentbeleving? We richten ons op het verbeteren of vernieuwen van die touchpoints. Soms is dat ten behoeve van een moeiteloze en naadloze dienstverlening (functionele beleving, dit moeten we als HU op orde hebben) en soms is dat om een memorabele beleving te realiseren (emotionele beleving, waarbij we als HU excelleren en door onze merkwaarden kunnen onderscheiden).Themalijn Student Experience ontwikkelt verschillende producten. Deze vacature heeft betrekking op de producten ‘onboarding’ en ‘mijn campus community.
