Als Front Office Supervisor ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie binnen de Front Office. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en helpt hen met verzoeken en kan klachten op een professionele en creatieve manier oplossen. Tijdens je diensten creëer je een positieve sfeer met het Front Office team. 


Daarnaast ben je een gestructureerde en goed georganiseerde leider, waardoor je diensten soepel verlopen voor zowel jou als het team. Naast de operationele kant van de receptie ondersteun je ook bij administratieve taken. Denk hierbij aan het controleren en schrijven van e-mails, het maken van roosters, het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken met HR of de Operations Manager en het houden van functioneringsgesprekken en trainingen.

Wie zoeken wij?


- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als supervisor;
- Je hebt kennis van de volledige Front Office afdeling;
- Je bent zichtbaar in de operatie, geeft erkenning en bevordert positieve gastrelaties;
- Je leidt en stimuleert de realisatie van diverse doelen van de Front Office;
- Kennis van het PMS-systeem, OPERA / OPERA Cloud of soortgelijke systemen is een pre;
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands en/of Engels (+ elke andere taal wordt gewaardeerd).


Wat bieden wij jou?


  • Een salaris in salarisgroep VI van de Horeca CAO. Gebaseerd op een fulltime dienstverband bieden wij een bruto maandsalaris van €2.750,- Wij betalen 10% boven de horeca CAO;


  • Een reiskostenvergoeding van maximaal €23,- per dag op basis van woon- werk afstand;


  • Een ALL-Heartist-kaart van Accor. Hiermee krijg je onder andere korting op hotelovernachtingen en autohuur;


  • Als collega kun je gratis deelnemen aan yoga- en bootcamplessen;


  • Voldoende ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden door het volgen van trainingen en workshops aan onze eigen Accor Academy
