This is an opportunity for a recruitment consultant with 6 months or more experience, who wants to join a global, high performing company where you will get the support and development to excel your recruitment career.

In this role you will focus on the candidate side of the recruitment process with a clear route of progression into a 360 recruitment consultant role.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a recruitment consultant with 6 months, or more, experience either within a 180 Delivery Consultant position, or a 360 Recruitment Consultant position. You will be part of a small team with the opportunity to impact the growth and strategic direction of our Amsterdam office. You will be focused on placing technology contractors into businesses throughout The Netherlands.

The Role:

You will be handing the entire candidate life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, credibility and gravitas.

This includes:

  • Candidate identification and interviews
  • Advising and feeding back to candidates
  • Maintaining existing client relationships and new business development
  • Attending client meetings
  • Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
  • Lead generation through relationship building

What we are looking for:

We are ideally looking for someone with 6 months or more recruitment experience, within contract recruitment. Ideally you will have experience within technology recruitment too.

The ideal person will:

  • You must have 6 months or more recruitment experience, either within a 360 or 180 Recruitment Consultant position
  • You must be fluent in both Dutch and English
  • Proactive and motivated to work in a fast paced environment
  • Have excellent communication and level of professionalism
  • The ability to work in a small and autonomous team
