In een regierol zal jouw focus liggen op de netwerkcomponenten en -infrastructuur (2e/3e lijns ondersteuning, beheer & onderhoud) achter de bedrijfkritische applicaties (legal practice managementsoftware) en de koppelvlakken van de applicaties van collega's welke een diepgaande integratie hebben met elkaar. Je bent breed inzetbaar, maar jouw focus zal liggen op Networking (VPN Gateways, Switches en Routers, Firewalls, etc.). Daarnaast begeleid je junior medewerkers in hun werkzaamheden. Naast dit draag je zelf verantwoordelijkheid voor communicatie over technische veranderingen richting kantoor en het managen van leveranciers (regierol). Je werkt samen met deze leveranciers aan (afdeling overschrijdende) projecten t.b.v. optimalisatie, het up-to-date houden van beveiliging en vernieuwing van onze ICT-omgeving. Je neemt hierin een regierol: je treedt soms op als projectleider maar werkt ook samen met andere disciplines of projectleiders. Je werkt nauw samen met de afdeling ICT Service Delivery, die verantwoordelijk is voor functioneel en technisch support van eindgebruikers. Je werkt met leveranciers aan projecten voor optimalisatie, beveiliging en het up-to-date houden van de ICT-omgeving. Je verhoogt de kwaliteit van dienstverlening binnen jouw domein ter ondersteuning van de business en neemt proactief incident- en probleembeheer op je om ICT-gerelateerde problemen snel op te lossen en downtime te minimaliseren.

Jij bent een enthousiaste, zelfstandige, daadkrachtige en proactieve collega die gewend is om te werken in een regie rol en het leuk vindt met veel zaken tegelijkertijd bezig te zijn en een breed takenpakket te vervullen. Je bent in staat te plannen en prioriteiten te stellen en vindt het leuk om jezelf in nieuwe technieken te verdiepen of nieuwe toepassingen te bedenken. Buiten dat ben je oplossingsgericht, nieuwsgierig, flexibel, daadkrachtig, analytisch sterk en een prettige collega om mee samen te werken waarop men kan rekenen. Je voldoet daarbij aan de volgende eisen:


  • Specialistische kennis van Networking (VPN Gateways, Switches en Routers, Firewalls, etc.)
  • Basiskennis van Microsoft omgevingen (Azure, Intune, Windows, M365, SQL, AD) i.c.m. SAAS/cloud omgevingen;
  • Basiskennis van tooling, scripting én databases Powershell, Power Automate, PowerBI en SQL);
  • Affiniteit met informatiebeveiliging, Conditional Access en Endpoint security;
  • Ervaring in een Multi-vendor ICT-organisatie is een pré;
  • Bereidheid om (sporadisch) af te reizen naar de vestiging in Rotterdam.


Jouw toekomstige werkgever en team


Je komt terecht bij een internationale, zakelijke dienstverlener met vestigingen in Europa en Amerika. De organisatie telt zo'n 600 medewerkers en de IT afdeling bestaat uit zo'n 25 man, zowel intern als extern. De IT organisatie is een regie organisatie, zo zijn ontwikkeling en Infrastructuur bijvoorbeeld grotendeels geoutsourced.

Je werkt in een team van support engineers, projectmanagers, functioneel beheerders, consultants en architecten. Het team waar je direct mee samen komt te werken bestaat uit 5 applicatiebeheerders (zowel interne als externe medewerkers). Op de afdeling wordt ondernemerschap en zelfstandigheid gestimuleerd. De sfeer is informeel en ongedwongen, de dresscode is business casual.

  • Salarisrange: €4.500-6.000 per maand (o.b.v. 37,5 uur), afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
  • Vaste 13e maand;
  • 8% vakantiegeld;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding;
  • Laptop/Telefoon;
  • Pensioenregeling;
  • Het volgen van vak-gerelateerde opleidingen;
  • De mogelijkheid om 4 dagen per week te werken;


De vestiging is met de auto goed bereikbaar, maar parkeren in de omgeving is betaald (en duur). Openbaar vervoer wordt gestimuleerd en ligt op nog geen 5 minuten loopafstand. Thuiswerken is uiteraard mogelijk (50%).
