About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst – Asset Management to support a key temporary project integrating physical and IT assets into Salesforce. This role is ideal for someone with experience managing data center assets, IT infrastructure, or telecommunications equipment.
The Data Analyst will work closely with multiple teams, including Operations, IT, and Asset Management, to ensure accurate data collection, input, and visualization. You will be responsible for structuring large datasets, refining asset tracking, and developing user-friendly dashboards for clear reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an innovative and growing company at the forefront of digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and manage asset-related data from multiple sources.
- Input and structure asset data accurately within Salesforce.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in asset tracking, especially for data center, IT, and telecommunications infrastructure.
- Review and analyze customer agreements to maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support evolving business needs.
- Assist with integration of new projects, systems, and data models.
- Support the Operations team with data, reporting, and analytical insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in asset management within data centers, IT, telecommunications, or infrastructure industries is preferred.
- Previous experience (minimum 3 years) in asset management, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Salesforce experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with iTop or similar asset management (IBM Maximo) tools is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in handling large datasets and data modeling.
- Strong command of MS Excel and the full MS Office suite.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
- Fluency in English is required; strong proficiency in French is highly preferred for reading and responding to documents
