Novasole ontwikkelt gebruiksvriendelijke en slimme software voor de zonnepanelen industrie. Dankzij onze software besparen onze klanten veel tijd en geld doordat het verkoopproces effectiever en efficiënter ingericht kan worden. De markt ziet dit ook en daarom zijn we nu hard op weg om toonaangevend te worden in Europa en de energietransitie daarmee significant te versnellen. Hierdoor zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Support Medewerker.
Jouw rol
Als customer support bij Novasole ondersteun jij nieuwe klanten bij de inrichting van hun eigen Quickr omgeving. Dezelfde ondersteuning bied je ook voor mutaties of support tickets in de omgevingen van deze klanten. Bij jouw hulp stel je het belang van de klant altijd centraal; je ontzorgt de klant echt. Maar terwijl je dat doet, neem je de klant wel mee in jouw verhaal, zodat de klant gestimuleerd wordt toekomstige wijzigingen zelf door te voeren. Bijvoorbeeld ook door online of bij de klant op locatie demo’s / trainingen te geven.
Omdat je voor de klant een belangrijk aanspreekpunt bent, hoor je welke functionaliteiten nog meer op ons platform gewenst zijn. Je bent in staat om deze inzichten over te brengen op jouw collega’s van Customer Success, Sales en Development, zodat hier binnen de organisatie de juiste dingen mee worden gedaan.
Wie we zoeken
Jouw profiel:
- Je hebt een MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Je gaat klantgericht te werk;
- Je bent communicatief zowel Engels- als Nederlandstalig sterk;
- Je hebt een grote affiniteit met computers / IT-oplossingen;
- Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken;
- Je bent flexibel en durft ambitieuze doelen te stellen;
- Je weet hoe je relevante klant feedback kunt overbrengen op jouw collega’s.
