Je bent écht van waarde
Als Operations Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter een gestroomlijnd productieproces. Samen met vier teamleiders zorg je voor een efficiënte inzet van mensen, machines en middelen om de logistieke processen op topniveau te laten presteren. Jij zet de stip op de horizon en motiveert je team om daar samen naartoe te werken. Jouw focus? Procesoptimalisatie, teamontwikkeling en kwaliteitsverbetering.
- Leiden, coachen en inspireren van jouw teamleiders en medewerkers;
- Signaleren en doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen om de productiviteit en kwaliteit te verhogen;
- Bewaken van de personeelsplanning en productiviteitsdoelstellingen;
- Kritisch bijsturen wanneer nodig en snel inspelen op veranderingen;
- Creëren van een sterke samenwerking binnen het team en met andere afdelingen.

Het fulfilmentcenter in Amsterdam speelt een sleutelrol in het leveren van medicatie binnen het netwerk. Als onderdeel van een internationale groep werken zij met duizenden collega's aan een gezondere toekomst.

Op dit moment is er een transitie gaande waarbij ze teruggaan naar een stuk minder verschillende afdelingen. Deze afdelingen moeten beter met elkaar gaan communiceren en samenwerken. Het is aan jou om deze samenwerking te verbeteren.
Jij werkt hard. Dat verdient beloning.
- Een aantrekkelijk salaris tot €5.500- (o.b.v. 40 uur en afhankelijk van ervaring);
- Uitgebreide secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals pensioenregeling, collectieve verzekeringen en reiskostenvergoeding;

Tot slot: kan jij dit meebrengen?
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in bedrijfskunde of logistiek;
- Minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een operationele logistieke omgeving;
- Kennis van en affiniteit met GDP/GMP en Lean Six Sigma;
- Een resultaatgerichte, mensgerichte en innovatieve mindset;
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
