Right now, we’re looking for a Head of Finance eager to step into the CFO role soon and drive positive impact in healthcare. You’ll join their mission to revolutionize skin health management through advanced technology aimed at saving hundreds of thousands of lives over the next decade.

In this key role, you’ll lead financial operations, including fundraising, financial strategy, cash flow management, directly contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the company’s goals
  • Manage comprehensive budgeting and financial forecasting processes
  • Ensure robust financial reporting, analyzing and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner (P&L, Sales, Opex, Cash flow)
  • Oversee daily and weekly cash flow, including management of invoices and collections
  • Supervise all accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls as the organization grows
  • Drive the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Health, Business or related field. Ideally, complemented by a professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, RC, or CMA)
  • At least five years of relevant financial management experience, preferably within healthcare and/or technology sectors
  • Previous experience in a start-up/ scale-up environment is a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficient with financial software and administrative systems
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude; committed to maintaining high ethical standards
