Join our client as they expand their presence in the DACH marketWhat You’ll DoAs a Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in introducing a staffing software to German-speaking clients. Your responsibilities will include:Engaging with inbound leads generated through marketing efforts.Proactively identifying and reaching out to new prospects via platforms like Linked In.Conducting engaging demos to showcase the value of the software.Preparing and sending tailored offers to potential clients.Following up on offers to close deals and secure new partnerships.Collaborating closely with Consultants, who will onboard new clients and ensure a seamless handover. What We’re Looking ForLanguages: Fluency in German and English is essential. Knowledge of additional EU languages, particularly German-French combinations, is a significant advantage.Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations.Experience: Sales experience in a B2 B environment is preferred, but we’re open to ambitious self-starters eager to make an impact. Experience within recruitment is highly preferred.Mindset: A proactive approach to sales, with the ability to independently source prospects and build lasting client relationships.
