Finance Governance Analyst


Location: Rotterdam


We are seeking a Finance Governance Analyst to join our dynamic Governance, Risk & Controlling (GRC) team. This pivotal role supports the development and continuous improvement of our governance framework, ensuring compliance and fostering stakeholder trust.


Key Responsibilities:


- Support and enhance the governance framework for the organization and its subsidiaries.

- Manage and update the policy management framework, including Management Guide, Office Manual, and group charters.

- Review and revise office manuals and management guides to ensure compliance.

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for corporate governance processes.

- Conduct corporate governance analysis and provide support to stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with decision-making and risk-taking procedures.

- Maintain detailed knowledge of governing agreements and compliance processes.

- Coordinate input on corporate governance issues and develop recommendations.

- Align policies with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

- Maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Assist in internal audits and ensure timely follow-up.

- Draft Board presentations and support the GRC team.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA preferred.

10+ years of experience in international corporate governance roles.

Excellent English communication skills.

Strong stakeholder focus and quality orientation.

Continuous improvement mindset.

Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Experience with policy and procedure management.

Understanding of governance planning, compliance reporting, and risk management frameworks.
