De functie

Als Fund Accountant/Fund Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële administratie en rapportage van een diverse fondsenportefeuille. Je fungeert als een essentiële schakel tussen de organisatie en haar cliënten, waarbij je zorgt voor nauwkeurige administratie, tijdige rapportages en een vlekkeloze uitvoering van fondsenbeheerprocessen. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met een ervaren team en krijg je de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen in een veelzijdige functie.


Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Fondsadministratie beheren: Bijwerken van fondsadministraties, verwerken van facturen en opstellen van betalingsvoorstellen.
  • NAV-statements opstellen: Voorbereiden en opstellen van NAV-statements en rapportages voor cliënten.
  • Fondsenbeheer: Verwerken van closings, drawdowns, distributions en fair values op portfoliobedrijfsniveau.
  • Rapportage aan toezichthouders: Verzorgen van rapportages aan onder andere de Belastingdienst, AFM, en DNB.
  • Cliëntrelaties: Beantwoorden van cliëntvragen en optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • BTW- en dividendrapportages: Verzorgen van aangiftes en ondersteunen bij fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Procesondersteuning: Ondersteunen bij nieuwe fondsstructuren, zoals KYC-controles en jaarrekeningdossiers.


Jouw profiel

  • Opleiding: Bachelor of master in Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie, of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Ervaring: 2-5 jaar werkervaring in fondsadministratie, fondsbeheer, of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Vaardigheden: Analytisch sterk, accuraat, stressbestendig en proactief. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Softwarekennis: Ervaring met financiële software, zoals Exact Online (pré).
  • Taal: Goede beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.

  • Salaris: €4000 - €5500 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring.
  • Bonusregeling: Afhankelijk van prestatie.
