Wat ga je doen?
Als Technician Technical Support Machining ben jij de specialist in het maken, bewerken en repareren van mechanische tools en adapters voor het (de)assembleren en testen van vliegtuigonderdelen. Jouw expertise is onmisbaar in de ontwerpfase, waar je een adviserende rol speelt. Geen dag is hetzelfde Naast het uitvoeren van reparaties aan vliegtuigonderdelen vervaardig je ook gereedschappen. Je beheert de voorraad van materialen en consumables en zorgt ervoor dat de werkplaats, machines en toebehoren in topconditie blijven. Natuurlijk doe je dit samen met een leuke collega
Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden
✔ Maken, repareren en bewerken van gereedschap en tooling
✔ Beheren van materiaal en consumables
✔ Samen met je collega verantwoordelijk voor de voorraad
Wat breng jij mee?
✔ MBO-diploma in een technische richting (bijvoorbeeld de Leidse Instrumentmakers School, LiS)
✔ Ruime ervaring in soortgelijke werkzaamheden
✔ Pre is een TIG/MIG-lasdiploma (Ferro, Non-ferro en Aluminium)
✔ Vaardigheid in draaien, frezen en andere machinale bewerkingen
✔ Ervaring met CNC-machines is een pre
✔ Kennis van materialen en bewerkingstechnieken
✔ Zelfstandig en gestructureerd kunnen werken
✔ Stressbestendig en in staat om meerdere taken tegelijk te managen
✔ Een opleiding als instrumentmaker is een grote pre
