About the Role:
Are you a detail oriented finance professional with a passion for tax accounting and financial operations?
We are seeking a Tax Accounting Manager to oversee and optimise accounting operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting. As a key finance leader, you will ensure accurate financial processes, maintain tax compliance, and enhance internal controls while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting operations, including AR, AP, GL, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.
- Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, compliance with tax authorities, and regulatory reporting.
- Lead payment processes and treasury operations, collaborating with banks and service providers.
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reports.
- Coordinate month end and year end closing cycles, audits, and financial reporting.
- Enhance accounting policies and processes to align with local legislation and global standards.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or Economics.
- Strong knowledge of tax legislation, tax administration, and tax control.
- Experience with month end, year end closing cycles, audits, and treasury operations.
- Hands-on experience in team and project management.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
