Functieomschrijving:

Als Sales Advisor ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt van de klant en beheer je op een professionele manier alle fasen van de verkoop om zo goed mogelijk aan de verwachtingen van de klanten tegemoet te komen en ze een buitengewone klantenervaring te bieden.

Op een positieve manier werk je samen met je teamgenoten voortdurend mee aan de verbetering van de KPI's.

Je verhoogt de klantenloyaliteit aan de lijn en het merk en als ambassadeur draag je bij aan het behoud van het imago van onze shop.

Daarnaast waak je over de orde en zorg je voor een vlotte goederenstroom.

Profiel:

  • Je bent flexibel en hebt een passie voor mode.
  • Je bent een teamplayer, enthousiast, commercieel ingesteld en je houdt van interactie met klanten
  • Je hebt een positieve uitstraling en ziet er verzorgd en voorkomend uit
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt minstens 1 jaar ervaring in de Retail
  • Je bent bereid om flexibele uren te werken (koopavonden, weekend en feestdagen);
