Al zes jaar zijn wij de toonaangevende expert op het gebied van HR, Payroll en HR-transformatie, en we blijven groeien. Vanuit onze kantoren in Amsterdam, Oostkamp en Antwerpen ondersteunen wij vooraanstaande bedrijven zoals Rituals, Philips, ASML, BAM, Coty, Ahold Delhaize, ING en vele anderen. Dit doen wij door de beste freelance consultants te verbinden met boeiende opdrachten binnen HR, Payroll en HR Technology.

Wij zijn een snelgroeiend consultancybureau met een sterke reputatie in het matchen van freelance consultants met toonaangevende bedrijven. Door onze groei en de uitbreiding van ons sales- en recruitmentteam, zijn wij op zoek naar een Associate Manager om ons kantoor in Amsterdam te versterken.

In deze rol fungeer je als de brug tussen onze Recruitment Consultants en de Director , waarbij je een sleutelrol speelt in ons voortdurende succes en de verdere ontwikkeling van ons team.

Functie en verantwoordelijkheden

Als Associate Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team en het behalen van commerciële en operationele doelstellingen. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten en consultants via je teamleden en draagt actief bij aan de strategische groei van Belsberg.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Leiden en ontwikkelen van een team van minimaal 3 FTE's.
  • Zorgen voor een consistente teamperformance en sterke financiële resultaten.
  • Teamleden coachen, trainen en begeleiden in hun professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Klantrelaties beheren en strategische deals ondersteunen via teamleden.
  • Teamresultaten rapporteren aan de Director.

Als Associate Manager krijg je de kans om te groeien binnen ons gestructureerde carrière pad, met duidelijke mijlpalen die je van jouw huidige rol naar een Directorsfunctie kunnen leiden.

Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Amsterdam blijven we continu op zoek naar groeimogelijkheden. In lijn met deze visie verkennen we plannen om een fysiek kantoor in Frankrijk te openen, waarmee we onze internationale aanwezigheid verder uitbreiden. Door nu bij ons te starten, word je onderdeel van deze spannende groei.
