Sudoc is recruiting an EU Dot Sales & Customer Success Leader to manage and lead growth in sales of a revolutionary new suite of sustainable cleaning products under the brands Dot and Dilute Oxidation Technology. Sudoc is the owner of intellectual property related to a sustainable chemistry known as TAML that is the basis of Dot products and can outperform toxic chemicals in a variety of cleaning applications. Sudoc is developing a suite of Dot products, starting with the most difficult professional cleaning jobs such as low temperature laundry, mold and mildew, and carpet stain & odor removal. Dot's long-term pathway is to develop more general products for consumers.

The Dot Sales & Customer Success Leader should bring a mix of entrepreneurial skills aimed at acquiring small and large mold remediation businesses, facilities, and government entities as users and buyers of Dot products. Campaign management, customer acquisition skills, and CRM management capabilities will be central to success in this role. Relatability to people in the trade will be important. There is a strong training component to these tasks, and the sustainable and environmental characteristics of Dot products also offer a broader opportunity for Sudoc to help uplift the quality and financial standing of many remediation businesses and facilites.

Sudoc is looking for a candidate that can fullfill a role in establishing and leading direct sales efforts in the Netherlands and the broader EU/UK and also, after sales growth in sales requires additional talent, leading others on the team. Overseeing the European contacts in the CRM system and creating priority targets for campaigns will be a core component of the role. Sudoc has a vibrant and highly capable marketing department that continues to build digital tools that empower partners to leverage the Dot brand. Coordinating with the marketing department to target key content to support sales is another aspect of this role. This role will also require coordination with others on the broader Sudoc and investor teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead launch of Dot products with various customer segments in the Netherlands and across the broader EU/UK
  • Lead and manage sales campaigns
  • Provide weekly sales report & monthly sales projections
  • Coordinate with Dutch investors, the Director of Marketing, the US Dot Product Lead, the Managing Director of Strategy & Product, and the Director of NEAT as appropriate
  • Manage development of potential end customer lists
  • Develop distributor partners
  • Track leads, follow-up communications, and customer response to product
  • Attend appropriate industry trade shows across the EU and UK.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years sales experience
  • 5+ years experience in entrepreneurial settings
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong skills in problem-solving, project management, and story-telling/communication
  • Proficient at relationship-building, outgoing and relatable personality
  • Highly motivated and fast learner
  • Experience using digital marketing and training
  • Experience working with CRM software or processes
  • Familiarity with MS office applications
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • Profeciency in German, French, and/or Italian (highly desired, but not required)
  • Experience in chemical products, sustainable buildings, mold remediation or laundry applications (highly desired, but not required)

This position will be remote. Travel will be required.

This position will report to Joost Oostveen, who coordinates between Sudoc's investor Momentum Global Ventures and Sudoc management.
