Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing our sales strategy, overseeing key accounts, and driving the growth of our presence in the European market. Your role will be crucial in fostering strong customer relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and consistently surpassing sales targets.

- Netherlands
- Spain
- Hungary
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, partnering with other teams to capitalize on potential business.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales promotions and campaigns.
- Regularly report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management.
- Travel to meet with clients and attend industrial show events as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (equivalent) or higher in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of sales experience in industrial automation products, with a preference for experience in process control software or related industrial technologies.
- A proven history of success in sales management, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Familiarity with local business practices and regulations.
- Open to travel and flexible working hours as needed.
