You will be responsible for:

  • leading a team (by example) of international publisher account managers
  • prospecting for new Pubs
  • developing a sales strategy to generate revenue
  • understanding the company's strategic & commercial objectives
  • monitoring and analyzing metrics to improve results
  • partnering with internal teams to create new advertising formats
  • keeping up to date with global market trends
  • campaign management
  • managing & analysing/tracking campaigns to ensure publishers deliver the best ROI
  • analyzing competitors
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role within theaffiliatemarketing industry
  • People management experience
  • existing network of publishers (mobile display/ networks, pop, push, app display)
  • track record of smashing targets
  • High sales ability, assertiveness, strong negotiation and business development skills & hunger for success
  • Solid knowledge of publisher markets & tracking technology
  • No cowboy mentality, long term mindset
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Amsterdam
