In dieser Rolle trägst du entscheidend zum Wachstum von Unternehmen bei, indem du den gesamten B2B-Verkaufszyklus betreust und durch Neukundengewinnung im deutschen Markt das Wachstum förderst und von einem attraktiven Provisionsmodell profitierst.

Deine Mission:

  • Potenzielle Kunden identifizieren und qualifizieren, um eine starke Vertriebspipeline aufzubauen
  • Strategische Ansprache potenzieller Kunden per Telefon, E-Mail und LinkedIn
  • Kundenanforderungen und unsere Wertversprechen abgleichen, um Chancen zu priorisieren
  • Detaillierte Bedarfsanalysen durchführen, um Kundenprobleme zu identifizieren und Lösungen anzubieten
  • Vertrauen aufbauen und Glaubwürdigkeit durch Expertise und Mehrwert vermitteln
  • Langfristige, stabile Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen und pflegen
  • Kundenzufriedenheit und -loyalität durch exzellenten Service steigern
  • Mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammenarbeiten, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen und die Performance zu optimieren
  • Branchenwissen kontinuierlich erweitern, um Markttrends und Kundenbedürfnisse vorauszusehen

Profil:

  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, schriftlich und mündlich, in Deutsch sowie fließendes Englisch
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge im B2B-Sales oder starke Vertriebserfahrung im B2C-Bereich
  • Eigenverantwortlicher Ansatz, hohe Arbeitsmoral und Erfolgswille
  • Erfahrung in einem schnelllebigen, zielorientierten Umfeld
  • Fähigkeit, Vertrauen und Sympathie bei Kunden aufzubauen
