What You'll Do: As a Sales & Account Manager (also known as 360 consultant), you'll manage and grow your own portfolio of clients and candidates, being involved at every stage of the sales cycle—from business development to closing deals.

  • Build Your Client Base: you are acquiring and growing your client portfolio
  • Consulting: advise managers from industry players of the STEM markets on their hiring needs
  • Account Management: maintain relationships with clients and candidates, establishing a strong network in your market.
  • Close Deals: Negotiate agreements that benefit both parties and close deals on your own.

What We're Looking For:

  • Ambitious and Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced and results-focused environment.
  • Experience is a Plus: Previous experience in business development, sales, or recruitment is great, but we're also open to newcomers ready to learn
  • Languages: C2 level of Dutch or German. If you are a native English speaker, 1-2 years of relevant B2B Sales/Account Management/Agency Recruitment is required.
