As a Pfandbrief bank, Berlin Hyp is a specialist for large-volume real estate financing and a reliable partner for investors and companies in the housing industry. We have been a wholly owned subsidiary of LBBW since 01.07.2022. We offer a comprehensive range of services for the German Sparkassen. In addition to our traditional location in Berlin, we are represented by our branches in Germany's major cities and in selected European cities.   • Invoice management
  • Document drafting and filing
  • Valuation instructions
  • Data collection
  • Collection and management of documents related to ESG matters
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of press releases
  • Office management
  • Manage travel arrangements for the team
  • Cost and expense management

  • Basic knowledge of property appraisal and practical experience in real estate financing administration (or the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with this area with our support)
  • Good knowledge of databases (CRM, etc.)
  • Confident handling of standard software (MS Office, especially Excel)
  • Dutch speaker with the ability to communicate effectively in English and German
  • Effective communication and a strong team collaboration behavior
  • Positive service and quality-oriented behavior
