Functie inhoud
• Het opstellen van offerte aanvragen.
• Het verwerken van inkomende bestellingen.
• Vragen beantwoorden over prijzen en producten.
• Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
• Proactief contact met de klant over lopende offerte aanvragen.
• Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van langdurige relaties met je accounts.
• Communiceren met medewerkers van verschillende andere afdelingen binnen de organisatie, zoals Creditmanagement en Customer Services.
• Afhandelen van aftersales (back-order, afhandelen van vragen) en andere administratieve taken.
• Werken met CRM- en administratieve systemen.
Als Inside Sales Medewerker biedt je sales- en administratieve ondersteuning in het offerte en orderproces. Samen met je Inside Sales collega's zorg je ervoor dat alle klanten op tijd hun gevraagde producten en diensten ontvangen. Bij het klantcontact komen je communicatieve vaardigheden en commerciële kennis goed van pas en we vragen je om verkoopkansen te signaleren; Je bent klantgericht en hebt de bedrijfsdoelstellingen voor ogen. Je werkt nauw samen met de Business Development Managers van VMware
