Bij Salonkee zijn we bezig met een missie om de haar-, schoonheids- en welzijnsindustrie te digitaliseren, waarbij we een uitgebreid scala aan hoogwaardige softwaretools aanbieden. Van intuïtieve agenda's en klantendatabases tot naadloze online boekingen en point-of-sale-systemen, we stellen salons in staat om hun activiteiten te stroomlijnen en een uitzonderlijke klantervaring te bieden.

Als ervaren Inside Sales Representative ben je een essentieel onderdeel van ons dynamische en ambitieuze verkoopteam. Deze positie biedt een uitstekende kans voor individuen die gepassioneerd zijn over verkoop, hun eerste ervaringen hebben gehad als Inside Sales en nu op zoek zijn naar een kans om de volgende stap in hun carrière te zetten. Deze rol zal een hybride rol zijn waarbij je enkele dagen per week vanuit het kantoor in Utrecht zult werken.


Wat ga je doen:

  • Leads kwalificeren en prioriteren om je te richten op hoge-kans kansen

  • Productdemonstraties en presentaties uitvoeren voor potentiële klanten om de waarde van onze producten te laten zien via videogesprekken

  • Onze producten, functies en voordelen effectief begrijpen en communiceren naar prospects

  • Een diepgaand begrip ontwikkelen en behouden van onze doelmarkt, trends in de branche en concurrenten

  • Sterke, langdurige klantrelaties opbouwen en onderhouden.

  • Samenwerken met senior verkoopteamleden om effectieve verkoopstrategieën te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren

  • Nauwkeurige records bijhouden van verkoopactiviteiten, klantinteracties en voortgang van deals

  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden: Duidelijke en effectieve mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie zijn essentieel om betrokkenheid van prospects te creëren en productinformatie overtuigend over te brengen

  • Positieve houding: Een positieve instelling en enthousiasme zijn cruciaal voor het opbouwen van een goede relatie met klanten en het behalen van verkoopdoelen

  • Aanpassingsvermogen: Het vermogen om snel te leren over onze producten, de branche en de behoeften van klanten, evenals het aanpassen aan veranderende marktdynamiek, is cruciaal voor succes

  • Klantgerichte aanpak: Een oprechte wens om klantpijnpunten te begrijpen en passende oplossingen te bieden, is essentieel voor het leveren van uitzonderlijke service

  • Weerbaarheid: Verkoop kan uitdagend zijn, dus de ideale kandidaat moet in staat zijn om afwijzing te verwerken, gemotiveerd te blijven en veerkrachtig te zijn

  • Teamspeler: Samenwerking en coördinatie met collega's en andere teams dragen bij aan gezamenlijk succes, waardoor teamwork een gewaardeerde kwaliteit is

  • Zelfgeorganiseerd: je bent in staat om je agenda en tijd te beheren en je regelt alles met betrekking tot klantcontact effectief.

  • Minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring als inside sales met een sterke zelforganisatie is vereist

  • Vaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels

  • Deze rol is gevestigd in Nederland
