Duties and responsibilities include:
Enter quotes and orders in SAP.
First contact to customers.
Inform customers about status of orders.
Handle warranty, return and credit requests
Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)
Take care of Nordson internal requests and all other incoming requests
Proactive order follow up
Knowledge required
Minimum MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics).
General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain).
Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired.
Fluent Dutch language skills are required (writing and verbal)
English language on a good level and any additional language would be a plus.
Computer literate (basic knowledge of MS-Office).
SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge
The employee should:
be customer focused
have excellent communication skills
be accurate
being a team player
embrace change and open to learn new things
maintain a high degree of professionalism when dealing with customers and associates
have a strong desire “to deliver on time”
have a hands on and “let’s get it done” attitude
