Wat ga je doen?

123inkt.nl groeit hard en hiermee groeit ook de vraag naar inzichtelijke data. We zijn op zoek naar uitbreiding van het team, zodat we andere afdelingen en teams ng beter kunnen helpen Als Data Analyst houd jij je niet alleen bezig met alle data binnen 123inkt.nl, maar ook van alle overige shops in binnen- en buitenland. Je haalt de juiste dataset uit de SQL-database, verwerkt deze en vertaalt dit naar een duidelijke rapportage in onze BI-tool (Power BI). Deze rapportages helpen verschillende stakeholders binnen het bedrijf om hun werk te optimaliseren. Met jouw ijzersterke analytische vermogen zie je verbanden, duik je in gecompliceerde vraagstukken en breng je advies uit. En als je onderweg iets interessants tegenkomt, volg je je nieuwsgierigheid en probeer je dit tot op de bodem uit te zoeken.

Ook speel je een grote rol in de automatisering van bestaande processen, zodat ons team en de organisatie nog slimmer kunnen werken.

Omdat je met organisatiebrede data werkt, vervul je een centrale rol binnen het bedrijf. Dit maakt het werk heel afwisselend en dynamisch, geen dag is hetzelfde Je vertaalt vraagstukken van collegas naar echte datavragen en geeft passende antwoorden en misschien nog wel meer dan dat. Jouw inzichten gaan 123inkt.nl uiteindelijk nog beter in staat stellen om risicos in te schatten en beslissingen te nemen.

De vraag naar data groeit enorm en ons team groeit net zo hard mee. We zijn een zelfstandige afdeling, maar werken nauw samen met allerlei andere afdelingen en hebben onderling dan ook veel contact. Samen met de andere Data Analysts met wie je veel samenwerkt zoeken we naar oplossingen, helpen we elkaar bij querys en dashboards en bedenken we gave dingen. Heb je zelf goede ideen of initiatieven waardoor we nog slimmer naar de data kunnen kijken? Dan is er altijd ruimte om dat te onderzoeken. Wat vragen wij?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, het liefst in de richting van Business of IT.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met SQL en BI-tools (zoals Power BI).
  • Je bent goed met cijfers en je bent commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je bent analytisch ijzersterk en herkent snel patronen.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels uitstekend in woord en geschrift.
  • Je bent minimaal 32 uur beschikbaar.
