The Role
As Head of IT Operations, you will lead a team of approximately 30 professionals, including service managers, process experts, problem managers, and SRE engineers who specialize in incident management, problem resolution, and process improvement. Additionally, you will work closely with 15 partner roles focused on incident management.
Together, your team will ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of Odido's complex IT ecosystem, enabling extraordinary customer experiences across all touchpoints. You'll oversee core operational functions, implement transformative automation strategies, and spearhead initiatives that support our commitment to first-class service protection.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Service Protection : Drive proactive measures to minimize incidents and enhance resilience through robust automation and process adherence.
- Incident and Problem Management : Lead improvements in incident response, RCA processes, and resolution prioritization to ensure minimal operational impact.
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) : Embed SRE principles across IT Operations to foster automation, continuous improvement, and error prevention.
- Quality and AI-Driven Ops : Develop a high-automation, self-healing IT environment that anticipates and resolves issues.
- Monitoring and Reporting : Accelerate monitoring initiatives to reach 100% coverage, ensuring all KPIs reflect the business's priorities and goals.
- Team Development : Cultivate a culture of innovation, skill growth, and collaboration, aligning your team's capabilities with Odido's strategic goals.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in IT management and/or operations, ideally in complex technical environments.
- Expertise in IT operations, SRE principles, transformation initiatives, and vendor management.
- Proven experience in building high-performing teams, promoting continuous improvement, and driving process excellence.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of AI-driven operations and advanced automation.
- Familiarity with incident response tools and modern monitoring solutions.
- Experience with digital transformation projects in telecom or similar industries.
