In deze rol staat het organiseren en uitvoeren onder verantwoordelijkheid van Maintenance Turnarounds SABIC Geleen centraal. De turnarounds voor alle assets van SABIC Geleen zijnde 7 polymeerfabrieken en 2 olefinenfabrieken. Een turnaround is een cyclisch onderhoudsevenement aangestuurd door regelgevende inspecties, preventieve en correctieve onderhoudsactiviteiten en investeringsprojecten.


Als onderdeel van de Maintenance organisatie, beheert het Turnaround Team best in class operationele processen en maximaliseert waarde voor de onderhoudsafdeling De vacature Materiaal coördinator rapporteert hiërarchisch aan de Senior Manager Turnaround en operationeel aan de waarnemend Turn Around Manager op locatie Geleen.

De Materiaal coördinator werkt vanuit Geleen en fungeert als Turnaround business partner. Vastleggen van behoeften, identificeren van kansen, intensieve samenwerking met de interne klanten en Procurement.


De Materiaalcoördinator moet transparantie krijgen in de status van het materiaaloverzicht en dit zo optimaal mogelijk te coördineren. De materiaalprocessen kunnen echter zeer complex zijn, aangezien er meerdere materiaalstromen zijn.






Functiedoel en verantwoordelijkheden:

- Onderhouden en aanmaken van rapporten tussen SAP en Maintasc met als resultaat een 100% traceerbare status van alle benodigde materialen.

- Materiaalcoördinatie en opvolgen van de materiaalverdeling tussen onze centrale magazijnleverancier en TA eindgebruiker in nauwe samenwerking met Operational Buyers TA & Projects.

- Zorgen voor het gebruik van de MIL applicatie. (Materiaal Identificatie Lijst)

- Voorbereiden van de Maintasc upload voor de transformatie naar SAP-MM.

- Start en analyseert de MRP run (Material Recourse Planning), indien nodig corrigerende acties naar MRP run of Plant Maintenance orders.

- Organiseren en deelnemen aan materiaal follow-up vergaderingen.

- Oplossen van alle technische materiaal problemen in samenwerking met Maintenance Engineers, Inspecties en planners.

- Ondersteunen van de Operational Buyer bij het verzekeren van de beschikbaarheid van goederen en diensten zoals vereist (op tijd, op de plaats, volgens de specificaties en vergezeld van de nodige certificaten) zodat productieprocessen (productie, onderhoud, turnarounds, projecten) kunnen worden uitgevoerd zoals gepland: zonder stress en het risico op grote verliezen door onderbrekingen en vertragingen.
