Responsibilities:

We are looking for a maintenance & reliability manager for our Geleen site in the NL. The person should have a good knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes and systems coupled with a helicopter view ability so that the right priorities both for the shorter and longer term can be set and the efficient execution of plans and programs can be granted. A true interest and drive for technology progress in a structured way combined with good people skills is necessary to be successful in the role. 

Responsible for all of maintenance and reliability for the two plants on site.

Ensures (emerging) equipment reliability and maintenance issues are identified through audits or data analysis. Owns, develops and implements reliability and maintenance programs and technical directives Ensures that the daily maintenance plan is developed, communicated and executed in coordination with Daily Execution Leader/ Manufacturing Expert/ Technical Manager Coordinates the scope for turnarounds and other planned downtime with the Turnaround planner, the Daily Execution Leader and the Site Director Ensures proper maintenance handoff of repaired equipment back to the 24/7 Team Handles administration of Process safety requirements (MOC, SIS . Participates as core team member in MOCs. Manages the asset and reliability team consisting of 10 direct reports - 6 core maintenance experts (3 mechanical and 3 E&I), 3 reliability experts (two mechanical and one E&I) and one maintenance scheduler

Qualifications:

Education: Mechanical, E&I or process chemistry engineering 

Knowledge of chemical processes and hazards Knowledge about engineering practices, technical legislation, technical requirements and contractor management Interested in this opportunity?
