De afdeling Sourcing is verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, ontwikkelen, verbeteren en richtinggeven op het gebied van sourcing uit Azië, de Turkse regio en binnen Europa.
Een deel van de sourcingactiviteiten heeft impact op andere afdelingen zoals Inkoop, Commerciële Planning, Commerciële Operatie, Kwaliteit, Duurzaamheid, Supply Chain, Financiën en Douane, wat impliceert dat de sourcingafdelingen een centrale en coördinerende rol hebben. Het is de ambitie om deze Sourcing-georiënteerde activiteiten zo efficiënt, schaalbaar en veerkrachtig mogelijk te maken om een schone en nette overdracht aan Supply Chain te realiseren.
Het European Sourcing team is in 2023 opgericht om een netwerk en werkwijze op te bouwen voor directe sourcing bij Europese fabrikanten. De eerste focus ligt op het opbouwen en volgen van ons Poolse leveranciersbestand.
Dit zijn jouw dagelijkse actions
Sourcing is verantwoordelijk voor het veiligstellen van de aankoop van Action door het vinden van de beste productiepartners met de capaciteit om het netwerk en de groeiambities van Action te ondersteunen, evenals de meest concurrerende aanbiedingen voor onze klanten.
De Sourcing Specialist zal de belangrijkste schakel en coördinator zijn tussen het Buying-team van Action, interne stakeholders en onze leveranciers.
Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het identificeren van de meest geschikte leveranciers voor Action.
Een actieve rol spelen bij het beheren van de zoekactiviteiten van leveranciers, de prekwalificatie van leveranciers en productaanbiedingen en het postorderproces (o.a. monsterstroom, artworkstroom, logistieke stroom).
Zelfstandig optreden als vertegenwoordiger en tegenhanger van de Action richting nieuwe en bestaande leveranciers.
Zelfstandig reizen om leveranciers en beurzen te bezoeken om nieuwe contacten met leveranciers te leggen of bestaande relaties te beheren.
Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de leverancier en fungeert als coördinator voor het orderbeheer vanaf het inkoopmoment tot het verzenden/transporteren van de bestellingen.
Inkopers zoveel mogelijk faciliteren/ontzorgen bij hun niet-kernactiviteiten voor het sourcen van nieuwe leveranciers, waardoor inkopers zich kunnen concentreren op categoriemanagement, productselectie & kwaliteit en prijsstelling.
Dit ben jij
Bachelordiploma in Inkoop, Handel, Supply Chain of Management.
Ruim 3 jaar werkervaring in de Sourcing/inkoop, bij voorkeur binnen de Retail.
Ervaring met cross functioneel samenwerken.
Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van Nederlands en Engels. Bij voorkeur Pools als eerste of tweede taal
Uitstekende administratieve vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
