By ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration, supporting the correct and timely administration and coordination of benefit programs, and facilitating excellent coordination, communication, and information exchange between HRM, HR Services, and external companies, this role plays a vital role in maintaining a smooth and efficient HR ecosystem. Description Providing comprehensive support and acting as a primary point of contact for all benefit-related inquiries. Contributing to the development and delivery of clear, standardized communication on employee benefits. Collaborating with HR Services and colleagues to optimize payroll and benefits processes, tools, and systems. Fostering strong working relationships with internal clients (HR administrators and employees) for effective service delivery. Supporting pre-defined initiatives related to payroll and benefits programs. Auditing payroll data in collaboration with HR Services to ensure accuracy. Continuously seeking to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness within the benefits and payroll domain. Administering activities pertaining to long-term sick leave. Serving as the primary contact for tax authorities, pension providers, health insurance companies, and other benefit suppliers. Ensuring tax adherence for all Dutch entities, including completing WKR and High-Risk Framework responsibilities.
