Wij zijn op zoek naar een energieke en initiatiefrijke Payroll specialist, met brede kennis en ervaring op het gebied van payroll Samen met jouw collega’s verzorg je de payroll voor maar liefst 1200 man. Wat ga je doen? De Payroll Specialist is verantwoordelijk voor het gehele payroll proces van de verschillende GroupM entiteiten. Binnen de payroll valt het verwerken en het controleren van de payroll mutaties, het op tijd versturen van een correcte loonaangifte en het zorgen voor een tijdige en accurate salarisbetaling.
Taken & verantwoordelijkheden Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt omtrent salarisadministratie voor medewerkers en HR Business Partners; Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking en de controles van de salarisadministratie voor alle GroupM entiteiten; Jij bent up-to-date van de wet- en regelgeving binnen payroll; Jij verstrekt (op aanvraag) rapportages aangaande salarisgegevens; Je controleert de facturen die op de Payroll afdeling worden ontvangen. Wat zijn de vereisten? Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring; Je bent in het bezit van je PDL diploma; Ervaring met AFAS is vereist; Bekend met de 30% regeling is een pré; Je hebt ervaring binnen een dynamische omgeving; Je hebt goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (Dutch mandatory). Competenties Je bent leergierig; Je hebt oog voor detail en een hands-on mentaliteit; Je bent een echte teamplayer, iemand waar we samen mee kunnen bouwen. GroupM GroupM is een vooruitstrevend mediabureau waar de labels Mindshare, Wavemaker, EssenceMediacom, Greenhouse, GroupM Nexus en StudioM onder vallen. GroupM ontwerpt en managed (digitale) campagnes voor de grootste merken in Nederland, zoals Volkswagen, VodafoneZiggo, Kruidvat, Eneco, Randstad, CZ en de Nederlandse Loterij.
We werken met partners zoals RTL, Google, Facebook, Microsoft en DPG maar ontwikkelen zelf ook aanvullende technieken om het maximale resultaat voor onze klanten te realiseren. De afdeling
De Payroll Specialist is binnen GroupM werkzaam op de HR afdeling en rapporteert aan de HR Operations Lead. Het HR team bestaat uit diverse subteams als Payroll, HR Support, HR Advies, Recruitment, Learning & Development en Health & Care.
