Payroll Specialist

As a Payroll Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in managing employee compensation within our organization. Responsibilities include accurately calculating salaries, pensions, and bonuses, updating payroll databases, and ensuring timely payments. You'll also verify work hours, process deductions, and maintain compliance with payroll regulations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collating, calculating, and entering payroll data
- Updating employee records and benefits information
- Preparing comprehensive reports on earnings and deductions
- Managing payroll liabilities and resolving discrepancies
- Coordinating with local vendors and overseeing compensation processes
- Ensuring compliance with regional labor legislation and tax regulations
- Providing timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries
We're seeking candidates with:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field,
2. proven experience in payroll administration.
3. Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for interacting with vendors and employees.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates confidentiality, and exhibits strong decision-making abilities.
