Zur Verstärkung suchen wir dich ab: Ab sofort als Senior Marketing Manager International (m/f/d).

As a Senior Marketing Manager International (m/f/d), your responsibilities include, among others

  • Planning and development of the commercial marketing strategy for the international markets (NL/AT/CH/PL/CZ/ES)
  • Technical leadership of the Field Marketing Managers (m/f/d) to ensure consistent implementation of strategies
  • Joint responsibility for planning, managing, and monitoring the marketing budget
  • Further development of rolling marketing planning, including quarterly reporting and performance reviews
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis and evaluating and optimizing marketing initiatives
  • Close collaboration with the teams of the individual brands and hotels to ensure a consistent brand image, focusing on sales, brand activation, and digital marketing
  • Monitoring trends and developments to ensure competitiveness

Your profile that will impress us

  • Proven leadership experience and professional expertise in commercial marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry or a related field
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in project management and collaboration with international teams
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a strong understanding of market trends and innovations
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment
  • Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and an open-minded personality
  • Willingness to embrace new approaches and the courage to push innovative ideas forward

Ideally, you already have experience as a Senior Marketing Manager International (m/f/d).
