Functieomschrijving

Ter aanvulling van onze Group Sales afdeling zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een ambitieuze Group, Conference & Event Coördinator verantwoordelijk voor een portfolio van 11 hotels. Het is een uitdagende full time functie binnen het commerciële team van TVHG

​Als Group, Conference & Event Coördinator zal je rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de Group, Conference & Event Manager. Je bent in de functie medeverantwoordelijk voor:

  • ​Het maximaliseren van inkomsten voor business groepen en leisure groepen voor de elf hotels van TVHG;
  • Het bereiken van gestelde targets en het bereiken van begrotingsdoelstellingen.
  • Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden: Het sluiten van deals; aanbieden en bevestigen van aanvragen voor allerlei groepen in overeenstemming met de richtlijnen;
  • Onderhouden van contacten met tussenpersonen en reisbureaus;
  • Het proactief onderhouden en gebruiken van een klantendatabase in CRM;
  • Delen van marktkennis aan je team en direct leidinggevende;
  • Zorgen voor up-to-date houden van relevante informatie over groepen voor het gehele cluster sales team;
  • Samenwerken met verschillende intermediairs zoals Reisagenten & Reisbureaus;
  • Werkzaamheden uitvoeren binnen de gerichte SOP's & richtlijnen;
  • Bouwen aan/zorgen voor lange termijn klantrelaties;
  • Zorg voor nauwkeurige en klantgerichte correspondentie.
