Maison Haas Hustinx is a boutique hotel in the historic center of Maastricht. Our hotel has 17 luxurious rooms and a spa, and since 2021 the Safar restaurant based on Mediterranean cuisine. The company has 35 employees from more than 10 countries who speak many different languages. The team is highly motivated and works closely together as a family to deliver the best personal service to our guests.


Safar is the last project of Maison Haas Hustinx, after a strong first year we would like to continue to grow, currently we are full every evening and we need more help in the kitchen. We are therefore delighted to expand the team with an enthusiastic chef


We are looking for a chef de partie for our high-end restaurant.


Your day will consist of:

  • Preparing and serving hot and cold dishes
  • preparing dishes; daily mise en place
  • Keeping the kitchen tidy; preparatory and final work
  • Assist and help the chef where necessary
  • Give direction and instructions to assistent cooks and kitchen staff

Het team is zeer gemotiveerd en werkt nauw samen als een familie om de beste persoonlijke service aan onze gasten te leveren.


Safar is het laatste project van Maison Haas Hustinx, na een sterk eerste jaar willen we graag doorgroeien, momenteel zitten we elke avond vol en hebben we meer hulp nodig in de keuken. We zijn verheugd om daarom het team uit te breiden met een enthousiaste chef


Voor ons high-end restaurant zijn wij op zoek naar een Chef de Partie.


Jouw dag zal bestaan ​​uit:

  • Warme en koude gerechten bereiden en platen
  • Gerechten voorbereiden; dagelijkse mise-en-place
  • Keuken netjes houden; voorbereidende en afsluitende werkzaamheden
  • De chef assisteren en helpen waar nodig
  • Leiding geven aan hulpkoks en assistenten
