Dit ga je doen

Als Customer Care Agent bij Expeditors ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en speel je een cruciale rol in het bieden van een uitstekende service De klant staat bij Expeditors altijd op nummer één Dus deel je deze passie en ben je momenteel werkzaam als receptioniste, klantenservice medewerker, front office medewerker of werk je in de horeca en ambieer je een baan met veel klantcontact? Dan is Expeditors een mooie carrièrestap voor jou

Als Agent op instapniveau zijn er talloze mogelijkheden binnen Expeditors, ongeacht je achtergrond en werkervaring. Ga jij de luchtvracht export zendingen verzorgen, de distributiecentra coördineren of de inkomende import zeevracht zendingen in Rotterdam aansturen? Tijdens de sollicitatiegesprekken kijken we naar je kwaliteiten maar ook naar je wensen; ben je op zoek naar een dynamische baan die midden in de operatie staat? Dan is de afdeling Export wellicht iets voor jou. Of ben je meer analytisch ingesteld en bijvoorbeeld geïnteresseerd in wet- en regelgeving? Dan is de Douane wellicht interessant voor jou. Kortom; jij brengt de attitude mee, wij leren je de skills

Dit ben jij
  • Je bent fulltime beschikbaar;
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Engels en Nederlands;
  • Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Relevante werkervaring of studieachtergrond in de logistieke sector is een pré;
  • Je hebt de ambitie jezelf te ontwikkelen bij Expeditors;
Over het aanbod
  • Startsalaris startend op €2500,- op basis van 38,75 uur per week;
  • Pensioenregeling en persoonlijk opleidingsbudget;
  • 7-maanden contract met de mogelijkheid tot een vaste aanstelling;
  • Mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan het Expeditors Stock Purchase Plan.
