De organisatie is een toonaangevende fabrikant en distributeur van hoogwaardige coatings en harsen. Zij hebben meerdere productielocaties internationaal verspreid. De Nederlandse fabriek is gevestigd in Bergen op Zoom, Noord-Brabant. Op deze locatie werken ongeveer 300 medewerkers, waarvan een groot deel in de productie werkt.
Het chemische proces omvat reacties in 16 reactoren zoals destilleren, scheiden, verdunnen, filtreren en afvullen. Door middel van een aantal complexe processen maken ze coatingharsen en additieven die worden gebruikt in bijvoorbeeld verf en kunststofindustrie.
