~ Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team, including sales, marketing, and business development professionals.
~ Drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
~ Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
~ Develop and manage the commercial budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
~ Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
~ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of commercial activities.
~ Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on commercial performance. Fluency in English (C1/C2 level)
~ Fluency in Arabic is a plus
~ Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Commercial Director or in a similar senior commercial role within the food industry.
~ Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
~ Strong leadership and team management skills.
~ In-depth knowledge of market research methods and analysis. A 1 year or 7 month contract, followed by another temporary contract, which will be followed by a permanent contract
