- Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest developments in pharmaceuticals, health regulations, and the German healthcare system.
- Fluency in German or Dutch is required. Proficiency in both languages is a big plus.
- A degree in Pharmacy (BPharm, MPharm, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Valid pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Previous experience as a pharmacist in a German-speaking environment is a big plus
- Deep understanding of the German health system, including insurance processes, regulatory requirements, and reimbursement procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
