As HR Advisor, you have a central role in running the people processes for your group of clients: managers, associates, and other stakeholders who support them. You help the HR Manager Netherlands with the managers and associates to use the processes that Avantor developed: talent management, initiating recruitment, support of onboarding etcWhat we're looking for You have 2 to 3 years experience in a generalist HR position with soft & hard HR responsibilities. You have an educational background ideally HR-related field. You have an analytical mindset and feel comfortable interpreting HR metrics. You have a good knowledge of the Dutch social legislation allowing you to quickly answer HR/payroll related questions or where to find the answer. You are fluent in Dutch and English. You support the payroll processes You analyze existing HR processes based on your experience and seek improvement when necessary. You ensure general HR administration and make processes digital when possible. You consolidate and interpret HR data and metrics allowing leaders to analyze situations and take decisions. You act as a real advisor towards people managers and help them better identifying solutions for their team members. A hybrid environment, which allows you to combine working from home and at the office. A team of experienced and pleasant colleagues. A contract of 1 year that will be extended after a positive evaluation.
