Customer Service Associate | French or German

Job description The Customer Service Associate manages customer interactions and supports various internal departments, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Handle customer orders for products and services, confirm order details, generate invoices, aid in developing and refining customer care processes and systems, prepare documentation and management reports related to customer care, log, review, and follow up on all customer feedback (including product orders, service requests, issues, complaints, suggestions for new products, medical inquiries, and general questions);
  • Ensure timely distribution of important documents (such as customer communications, contracts, and product release certificates), work with warehouses and distributors to process and track orders, manage delivery notes, Certificates of Release, and necessary customs documents;
  • Assist Sales in preparing customer contracts, letters, and tender submissions, maintain and archive all customer-related records (including orders, invoices, quotes, and correspondence), perform front desk activities as required, collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure compliance, and undertake other responsibilities as assigned by management.
This position is crucial for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and supporting various organizational functions. Requirements Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Education: MBO+ in commercial business or a related field
  • Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantadge
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Location: Must live within 30 kilometers and possess a valid work permit

You will start working at our client through an Undutchables contract until the end of the year. It is an office based position and the working hours are from 9h00 - 17h30. To cover a maternity leave they are looking for a Customer Service Associate speaking English and preferably German and/or French to join their team until the end of the year.
